White Rock Kenshinkan Karate & Kobudo is hosting it’s 2nd Annual open bunkai seminar

Saturday March 29th 2013 1:30-5:30pm

The seminar is open to all martial artists who are interested in practical applications within their kata/forms.

Goju

Shotokan

Kuk Sool Won

Shorei Ryu

Concepts covered:

  • Footwork “Freeing your feet”
  • Tuite/Grappling within kata
  • Crane Concepts as applied to bunkai
  • What you might be “missing” in your kata
  • Systems vs tool boxes

Kata to be discussed:

Primarily Pinan/Pyong series of kata but we never know where it goes!
